Good for your soul

I’ve always wanted to have mini skillets to make cookies! Meijer had them on sale and I had a coupon so they actually were priced reasonably so I could be 6 of them.

I was so excited! I made the original tollhouse cookies recipe – I didnt change anything. I put enough dough in the pan to fill the bottom. Although my skillets are small, they are 6 inches, they still make a pretty large cookie so I try to put just enough dough to cover the bottom of the pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until it looks done. I served them hot. I made a schaum torte to put on top of it, topped with homemade whipped cream, strawberries and chocolate sauce! SO YUMMY! Enjoy!
