Seriously, there are so many yummy pumpkin recipes out there! Hopefully my posts help you to know the tested recipes that you know will be so good!

With my love of chocolate, this one caught my eye! And it was so good too!

The recipe calls for making this as a bread, but I decided to do muffins and I love how they turned out!

Like most recipes, you combine dry ingredients and you combine wet ingredients and you then mix together until just combined. Add chocolate chips and fold in. I sprayed the muffin pan so I didn’t have to use liners. The recipe suggests that if you use a bread pan, after praying it, line it with parchment. The ganache on top of this chocolate pumpkin bread is so good! You just heat the cream, add the chips and mix until combined and glossy. I dipped each muffin into the ganache.
