This is yummy year round, but since you use yellow cheddar cheese and black olives – it’s perfect for a Halloween party, or a fall party. I used peppers as bowls to hold vegetables. It’s so fun to cut faces out of the peppers and use them for any fall gathering! They are great sizes and come in great colors!

Drain 8 ounces of cottage cheese and mix with 8 ounce softened cream cheese.

Spread in any container you like. Sprinkle half a package of taco seasoning on the mixture. Top with chopped and drained tomatoes, chopped green pepper and chopped scallions.

Sprinkle the remaining taco seasoning over the vegetables.

Top with cheddar cheese and then top with black olive slices. It is so good served hot or cold. We typically eat it cold. Enjoy
