Brian has been working on his hamburger recipe and he believes he just perfected it! Our daughter said “These are the best burgers I’ve ever had” and that sealed the recipe!
We bought 1/8 of a cow last fall, so we used that ground beef. That alone does make a better burger!!

Assembling the ingredients. He uses bread crumbs, Ranch powder, onion soup mix, Worcestershire, green chilis, onion powder, garlic powder, egg, milk, cheese and salt and pepper.

I think this is the cool part!! Press the ground beef into a circle on the bottom of your bowl and cut into the number of burgers you want to make – you cut it like a pizza!!

We made them the night before and stored them in the fridge. Each burger was 6 ounces. You don’t have to make them before, we just did so they were ready to go when we started dinner.
He likes to grill them in his cast iron pan on the grill. You can do them directly on the grill. He loves his cast iron pan though!

They were so yummy! Hope you enjoy them as much!
