Good for your soul

Have you tried the Boursin cheese sauce recipe? So easy and so yummy! 2 pints of tomatoes in a prepared dish. Give them a light spray of olive oil and season with salt. Put the Boursin cheese and pancetta in the dish. Cook for 35 to 40 minutes at 400. When finished mash down the tomatoes and mix it all up to create the yummiest sauce ever. Put on your favorite pasta. I made the sauce for my daughter and put into single serving containers for her to pull out and warm up when she wants to have it.
