Easter Baking

So many fun treats to make for Easter! This year, I found a really yummy recipe to make 2 bite brownies. They taste amazing and are so easy to make! I was one of those people who always bought the box mix because they were so good and so easy. I love that this recipe is so good and so easy – and so much better for you because it’s home made! The recipe first caught my attention because it called for sprinkles – you can make these year round and just change the sprinkles! I’m all about using up the sprinkles! I used a 1/2 cup sprinkles in each of my Monster cookie batches too. I made two different Monster Cookie recipes because one calls for peanut butter and the other doesn’t. It’s a new favorite with my family because you use the always yummy, sometimes hard to find, Cadbury Mini Chocolate Eggs, chopped up. The last fun yummy treat to make is Easter nests with candy eggs. The verdict is out as to what kind of eggs to use. My favorite is Robbin Eggs – I love malted milk eggs. My family likes the Cadbury eggs and Jelly beans. I used Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs this time. You can put whatever you like in the nest! Cute, fun treat!
